Description
My housemate will be moving out with her boyfriend in August so I need somebody to share this lovely house with me.
About me. I work full time in the city centre and like to relax on a weekend. I enjoy a glass of wine every now and then but I'm no party animal.
The house is really nice, if I had the money I'd just buy it :) That's why I want to stay here.
Location is near the train station but no worries nice and quiet as off the main road. There will just the two of us in here so no queuing for the bathroom in the mornings :)
Your room is a very decent size double with good storage space. Double bed fits easily with plenty of space for the rest of your stuff. On the pictures you can see the room furnished but my housemate is planning to take her bed and furniture with her so it will be empty for you.
However, she is willing to negotiate if you wanted to buy the stuff off her, well, isn't that nice?
We have nice and cosy living room, a dinning room with a large table that could sit up to eight people easily. The kitchen is small but everything's ready (microwave, washing machine, fridge, cooker).
The bathroom boasts a very decent bath with a good shower.
We have a little low maintanace courtyard, perfect for small BBQs or drying your laundry on a nice day.
The only thing you must be aware of is that there is no parking directly outside the house. You can park on the parallel street. I suppose that's the only flaw, hence the reasonable price for a place like that.
Money:
Deposit - the agency will ask for deposit which is secured under DPS, that might be around £350, but will need to check.
You will need to provide reference and probably pay some agency fee too.
£280 per month per person- direct to landlord's account
Bills (per person):
Quaterly water - we pay what we use and split equally
Broadband - around £15 per month, we are on a BT rolling contract so we can terminate that anytime and get some better deal if we need to.
Council tax - £105 per month = £52, 50 per person
Gas and electric - quarterly we pay what we use and split equally.
Generally speaking all should close within £400 per month per person, easily with some change :)
Simples!
If you need to know more just contact me for a chat. I am ideally looking for a female housemate.
The room will be available in mid-August / September 2012.
