We are looking for a friendly housemate to move in from the 24th of April.

- Victorian terrace in a pretty, quiet street
- 15 minutes walk to the city centre
- 5 minutes walk to the train station
- On road permit parking
- Furnished room
- Wood burning stove
- Separate dining room and living room
- Separate utility room off kitchen
- Small garden at front, small yard at back (big enough for BBQs)
- Bathroom with bath/shower
- Lean-to at back for bicycles
- Double glazed windows throughout
- Central heating
- Fortnightly cleaner

About you:

- Clean and tidy
- No students, couples or smokers
- Sociable and friendly

The money bit:

- £450 rent monthly in advance
- £450 deposit
- Bills included
