Well appointed, double bedded room with own flat screen TV, WIFI ,desk, chair, built in wardrobe, two bedside chests of drawers, mirrors, wall bookshelf and neutral full length curtains with blackout linings, in tastefully decorated period house with pretty courtyard gardens. Location - In historic centre of Norwich right by bars, restaurants, shops, theatres, cinemas etc, short walk to bus stops - 15 mins to UEA and station, yet in a no through, quiet, secluded lane. Awake to birdsong!
WIFI, power shower, bath, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, washing and tumble drying machines. Use of kitchen, dining room, bathroom, gardens. Easy going, laid back, older (but not so's you'd notice)couple, with sense of humour (teacher and writer) looking for a friendly, but independent lodger. On street pkg or car park nearby. Prices are negotiable depending on how short term and/or Mon-Fri occupation only. Price is £20 per night, single occupation for Mon-Fri. We can do very short term ie 1-2 weeks for 1 or 2 people for the full 7 nights. The rates for short term are more, but negotiable, dependent on duration and whether 1 or 2 guests.
