Large Double Room, New Build Modern House

Hello!

There is now one double room available in the house, available from the beginning of June. The room is very large with a super king bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a desk.

The other two bedrooms have ensuites, so the bathroom will only be used by you.

This is a really light and spacious new build house, with an in ceiling music system, bespoke kitchen, living room, snug room with pool table and modern design throughout.

The outside of the house is still in progress but there is a large driveway with room for 4 cars.

It is a 3 bedroom house and currently it is myself, and one other tennant living here.

We are really easy going, and this is a great sociable house, but there is also enough room for plenty of privacy.

There is loads of room for parking in the driveway.
The UEA is 10 minutes drive, or a quick bus ride.
The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house 'New Road' bus stop.
Directly opposite Park Farm Hotel, with gym, spa, hairdressers, leisure and restaurant facilities.

I would prefer working professionals but I am studying Psychology at Open Uni so students are fine too.

Price is £400/month, (£450 for couples) including all bills with unlimited wifi.

The current tennant will be moving out at the end of May, so the double room will be available from the beginning of June.

Please note, this is a short term let only. I am moving to Australia in October and I am hoping to sell the house before I leave. Obviously plenty of notice will be given, but I estimate the house to be available for around 4/5 months.
