Quiet Eco friendly home near UEA and Research Park

The house is quiet, eco friendly, light, spacious and clean. There is parking available and lockable bike shed. We are happy to share all equipment in the kitchen. We often cook and eat together.

The rooms are bright and furnished.

There is a bus stop in front as well as aldi, co-op, and a selection of take aways. It's a ten min bike ride to the uea and 15 to town.

I have a large garden and grow most of my own veg lots of herbs and fruits happy if you want to harvest or grow your own too.
I manage a community garden, teach dance and yoga. My interests are science, gardening, meditation, board games and dance and music.

Vegetarian preferred and non smoker essential.
