Lovely Single Room To Rent

A lovely light, sunny, fully furnished and single Room, available from now, All bills and WiFi are included. Downstairs, we have a shared lounge, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory with wood burning stove, all shared and very comfortable. Upstairs bathroom with shower and separate W. C.
We're an easy going household. We're close to the city, on a good bus route, with two pubs 5mins walk away and Tesco and Asda are 10mins walk away. We would like to find a person who enjoys company, but also likes time to themselves. We have a shared lounge for T. V. We have a lovely garden with a decking patio area, and a pond and a little veg patch, lovely in the summer! We have a dog called Oscar, he is very friendly and well behaved.
