2 bedroom terrace house sharing with one other (myself), unfurnished double room. Furnished lounge, dining room, bathroom & garden. Gas central heating, partly double glazed. Permit parking.
Looking for a female housemate 20s/30s, I am a professional, 26 year old female.
Rent £225, bills just over £100.
Deposit £225, no letting agent fees.
Initially a 6 month contract then a rolling month to month contract, looking for more of a long term housemate.
