Terraced house in the golden triangle - large, bright double upstairs room. Small desk included. Bathroom and shower for the tenant's use is downstairs. Wi-fi available. Shared living room and kitchen downstairs. Front room currently used by one of the two existing occupants. Use of washing machine, fridge, etc.

About us - we are a married couple. Gary works as a writer/teacher, and occasionally gives one-hour flute/GCSE lessons downstairs; during these times he would prefer it if the tenant kindly did not use the downstairs facilities; this is pretty infrequent and hopefully shouldn't cause much of a problem. He is usually out in the evenings, though he comes back early. Mimi is a Speech and Language Therapist from Japan. We rise at around 7.30 and go to bed at around 11.30, so peace and quiet after that time are important to us. We have a cat.
