Bright and spacious double room available in shared end of terrace house.

I am looking for a likeminded person to move into a clean and comfortable house. I work full time during the week so am looking for someone who is quiet/respectful but doesn't mind the odd drink in the pub/meal out/cinema etc.

Ideally looking for someone who is tidy and reliable with bills.

House includes a living room, dining room, modern kitchen (with washing machine) and bathroom and has a nice little garden at the back that isn't overlooked.

There is on street parking - with the purchase of a permit.

The room has a built in cupboard which has a rail for clothes but a bed will be needed.

House is close to the city centre and a 5 minute walk from the station.
