Single, postgraduate only - no deposit required

A comfortable, four bedroomed house within a 5 minute walk of UEA. It features fast broadband and a twice monthly cleaner. All bills are included in the monthly payment.

We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit. Only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract. We do require a guarantor.

The downstairs, single bedroom is the only remaining bedroom available for the next academic year. The other three bedrooms are taken by 3 males doing a mixture of PhD’s and MA’s.

Together with the four bedrooms there is a shared living room, kitchen/diner, bathroom with separate toilet and a sun-trap, private back garden.

We also have properties on Rydal Close, Leng Crescent and Chestnut Hill - all for postgraduate students only. We do have rooms available just for a month or so over the summer too.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
