Spacious room to rent very close to city centre.

Hi, I'm a young professional looking for another person to rent the second room in the flat I live in.

The room is very spacious and has a bay window (it gets the morning light). It can come either furnished/
unfurnished with a chest of draws, a wardrobe, desk and double bed.

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe as well as being very close to town. The place it kept tidy and has been decorated lovingly; it is very comfortable and homely. We are on the ground floor of a terrace house, so no pesky steps and it has a small garden with room to store bikes etc.

Although I like time to myself I also enjoy being sociable, meeting new people and trying new things. I tend to be busy during the daytime and like to come home to relax and will occasionally invite friends over.

I'm hoping to find a likeminded person who is looking for a well placed flat to make a home for a while.
