I'm looking for female flatmate, either a vegan, or someone sympathetic to the vegan way of life. :)
The property is a 2-bedroom flat on the second floor, on Brunswick Road, in the city.
I have been here for 5 years, the flat is ideally located; close enough to the city to reach all local amenities but in a pleasant and quiet area.
The room offered is a furnished small double/large single. It can be unfurnished, if necessary. Currently there is a double bed in the room.
The property benefits from a spacious lounge, and separate family-size kitchen. The bathroom is separate to the toilet - No need to cross your legs when someone's in the shower!
All bills, including unlimited high-speed broadband, council tax, a TV package and utilities are an additional £150.
Permit parking (zone S) is available for a small charge.
I have been vegan for a few years and would ideally like to live with another vegan. I'm very environmentally conscious and have recently started exploring minimalism. I don't mind who you are or what you do for a living, I get along with everyone, I'm pretty liberal.
