Riverside has all the amenities you will need , both retail and leisure, including gym , swimming pool , cinema , restaurants and bars along with supermarket & other retail outlets.

This house is in a quite location as close to the city as you need to be.
Outside: courtyard rear garden with views of the city wall and wooded ridge.
There is no facility for parking, however an occasional use of a visitor permit is possible.

The house has cable TV and broadband fiber optic Internet
I am currently decorating the house as it's In need of some TLC , however your room is finished as seen in the picture. You have full use of all reception rooms, washing machine, cooker , dishwasher etc..
All bills are included except a 25% share of the gas/electric.

I am looking for someone who is considerate and reasonably tidy and doesn't mind cats (1).
I work long hours from early morning , so during the week I'm in bed early, you will basically have the house to your self for the most part . References will be required.
