We have a newly decorated and carpeted, double bedroom to let in a lovely spacious Georgian house near St Augustine's St. in Norwich - close to shops, bus routes and only 15mins walk into the city centre. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bookshelf and a built in wardrobe.
Shared amenities include 2 sitting rooms, a good sized kitchen with washing machine, one bathroom with shower over the bath. There is gas central heating and the front room has a working coal burner.
We have a lovely south facing garden which is part courtyard style.
You would be sharing with 2 professional, easy-going women and 2 cats! Would suit professional lady 30+
