Wanted dog loving lady to join our home!

Wanted a lovely happy lady to share our dog slightly mad home!! Nice room facing to the back of building over looking garden. There are three bedrooms but only want to rent out one room. The house has all mod cons including internet. Bills are included in price. Off road parking, plenty of room. last lodger let me down so only want some one trust worthy please!! The dogs I have are well behaved ( most of the time!!) and love nothing more than having a cuddle and there is always a warm welcome when you arrive home.
