Lovely double room with lots of natural light in clean, quiet house.

Sharing the home with the owner (me), you'd have your own bathroom, plus use of dining room, kitchen (inc washing machine) and sunny garden.

The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk to the city centre, shops, bus station and Sainsbury's. There is on-street (permit) parking.

I'm friendly, tidy and easy-going, and seeking a similar housemate. I've had a lot of happy lodgers feel at home here over the last 12 years!
