Lovely double room in clean, quiet house with sunny garden.

Sharing the home with the owner (me), you'd have your own bathroom, plus use of dining room, kitchen (inc washing machine) and garden.

All bills included (inc council tax and WiFi).

Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and bedding provided.

The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk to the city centre, bus station and Sainsbury's. There is on-street parking (you'd just need to get a permit from the Council).

I'm looking for someone who doesn't work from home as unfortunately it's too expensive to heat the house for one person during the working week. (I work from an NHS base Mon-Fri),

I'm friendly, tidy and easy-going, and seeking a similar housemate. I've had a lot of happy lodgers feel at home here for over 12 years!
