3 friendly girls seek 1 more housemate!

Hi, we're living in a good-sized house with 4 double bedrooms. There are 3 of us here at the moment but we have one more small double room free so we'd like to find another girl to join us!

We are all friendly and sociable, non-smokers, 2 professionals and 1 post grad student, tidy but not obsessively so. We have pretty varied jobs and interests but get on really well so the house really feels like home - we'll often share a bottle of wine and a dvd and put the world to rights!

What else? It's furnished. Big lounge and kitchen, garden and shed for bikes. Plenty of off road parking. Close to local shops, park and uni. Right by bus route to town and hospital.
