Double room in the Golden Triangle -bills included

I am an owner-occupier who is seeking a housemate to take my spare double room. Current (female) housemate is off travelling so I'm used to sharing the place. Good storage, decked garden and on a quiet street. The street I'm on has ample permit-free parking. The house is a 20 minute walk in to the City and close to plenty of bus stops and cylce routes. Lots of shops nearby too and in the middle of the excellent pubs and restaurants of the area.

I'm from Norfolk and used to live and work in London until a few years ago. As a professional working in the centre of Norwich, I'm out of the house by 7: 30 a. m. latest and back after 5 p. m., I tend to play sport (Rugby, Cricket) at the weekend and train a couple of nights a week. I don't mind a drink on a school night but do have an early start so save my late nights for the weekend.

I like to cook and have a cleaner that comes in once a week included in the price. There is Sky, broadband, washer, dryer, dishwasher and a good sized room that has views over the City. There's a large American style fridge-freezer so plenty of space!

Happy to live with men or women, non-smokers only though. Ideally, I'd like to share with someone who starts work a little later than me (or earlier) so there's no queue for the shower. I'm happy for people to visit and stay over (within reason) as will have mates coming over from time to time too.
