Hey, I've had to move out my room as I'm currently studying in Germany. So this means I'm currently paying 2 rents which isn't great so would love to find someone who would like a room.
The room is in the basement, there is a window but it looks right at a wall and fire escape ladder. So if you want a pretty view its best to avoid this room. The room is right next to the kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms a living room and dining room and also a small front and small back garden.
We're all 2nd year students at NUA and we'd prefer another student to take my room, whether they are from NUA or UEA it's not a problem.
