Lovely family house occupied by students studying Medicine at UEA.

Large kitchen, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and downstairs loo on ground floor. Also have a patio with clothes airer overlooking the river.

Shared, large sitting room on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the river. Currently Sky+ but may change to Virgin in Sept. Shared bathroom with shower over the bath.

Single room on second floor, also fully furnished with large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, single bed (desk not shown in photos as not assembled yet!). There is also an unused room on the first floor which could be used as an office for the single room occupant. Lovely views of the river.

One parking space available.

5 minute walk from Tesco and Lidl, post office, bakery, laundrette. Also corner shop just down the road. Bus stop on Dereham road approx 8 minutes walk away.

10 minute walk into Norwich city centre. 10 minute cycle to UEA campus.

Currently 3 housemates aged 24; 2 are studying Medicine at UEA and 1 doing a PhD. Looking for 2 friendly, fun, easy-going and tidy/clean people. Preferably non-smokers. Students or professionals welcome!
