Spacious Double Room, City Centre

I'm looking for someone to replace me in the flat share I am in as I am moving for university.

My flatmate is an easy-going, tidy, young professional who has lived in the property for over a year. The flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes away from Chapelfield Shopping Centre.

The room comes with double bed (& new mattress), a large chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and bedside table and there is plenty of room for other pieces of furniture too. The ground floor property (no pesky steps!) consists of two bedrooms, a communal living room, kitchen and utility room (with washing machine) and a bathroom with bath/shower. There is no garden but there is space to store a bicycle and parking permits can be bought from the local council.

I am ideally looking for someone to move in ASAP. The security deposit is returned after moving from the property.
