Unfurnished single room in shared house located a 2 minute walk from St Benedicts Street.
House is located off Dereham Road, close The Reindeer pub.
Rent is £75per week including bills and wifi. £100 damage deposit required.

The house has three bedrooms and includes a large lounge/diner, kitchen with all white goods, upstairs bathroom with shower, downstairs toilet, shed storage for bikes and large paved back garden.
There is also a visitor parking permit available.
We have BT On Demand, BT Infinity and BT Sport.
The house is a two minute walk from Co-op, five minutes from Tesco Metro and close to all other amenities in the city.

House would suit a young professional aged 22-35. You will be sharing with two female professionals, one aged 25, one aged 31. We both like socialising, spending weekends away, going to the gym, but also enjoying a quiet night in as well. We have no preference to a male or female house mate.
