It is a 25 minute walk into Norwich City centre; local amenities include supermarket, dry cleaners, post office, corner shop and public house. There are bus links to city centre and to UEA via Dereham Road.

Rent does not include bills but these are approx. £120 PCM including council tax and wifi.

Current occupants are two professional males in our twenties. We are looking for another clean, tidy, single person who would not keep themselves to themselves but would enjoy socialising with us to get in touch.
