I have a 3 bedroom mid terrace, 10 minutes from the Airport, 10 minutes from the City Centre, by car or bus. Bus stop top of road with a choice of 5 bus numbers. I said non-smoker but will take a smoker providing they smoke in gardens. I have no objection to the micro-wave being used and can provide shelf in the fridge/freezer, also cupboard space. If any other option is required, we can discuss it. Shower daily, bedding and towels changed weekly. If a couple shares double room i would increase rent to £320 p. c. m
