Lovely room available in three bedroom flat. Located in the city centre close to the cathedral within easy walking distance of pubs, shops, restaurants, the train station and bus routes.

The room is available to professionals, is furnished and includes all bills. The amenities include Sky, broadband, gas, electricity, dishwasher and washing machine. The room is well decorated with river views and lots of available storage space.

We are a social household who often cook together, enjoy a glass of wine or watch a dvd. We like to have a laugh, and are looking for a flatmate who is sociable rather than feel they are just renting a room. I like to cook, especially baking, and enjoy socialising and going out for a night out in Norwich. I also enjoy the countryside and the broads, and getting out and about.
