The room is light & bright and on the first floor at the front of the house. Its newly redecorated so in good condition.

Room contains pine double bed, 2 x side drawers, 2 x large set of drawers, a double wardrobe and large mirror. Varnished floor boards and original fireplace. It has direct access to the shared bathroom which has a rainfall shower cubicle as well as a slipper bath.

All bills are included but you'll need your own Permit for on street parking if you have a car.

There are 2 small dogs and a cat so you'll have to be an animal lover as they are very friendly!

Please note this is not a house share, just lodging, as there is a difference :D
