Double Room in Professional House

One double room available in a bright, end of terrace house, close to the city centre and 5 minutes walk from the station. The room can be provided furnished (double bed) or unfurnished. There is a built in wardrobe in the room already and a chest of drawers.

All bills included (tv licence, gas, electricity, water, council tax and Internet)

I am a professional, working 9-5, Mon to Fri, so I like a mix of relaxing and quiet socialising during the week and the occasional night out at weekends.

I am looking for a likeminded individual who is considerate and tidy.

The house has a separate living room and dining room with a shared bathroom downstairs. There is also a garden which gets the sun all day during the summer. There is permit parking available if required.
