Large double room, Ground floor flat

We have a large double room in our large ground floor flat for rent. We are situated very close to the city centre, just 5 minutes walk from the train station.

The flat has a decent size bath room and a large living room and kitchen.

We are an easy going couple that like to relax and watch tv/play games after work. All bills are included, including broadband but not telephone calls.

The room currently has a double bed+mattress which can be removed if needed. The room will easily fit a wardrobe, Chest of drawers and a desk and is situated next to the bathroom.
