Double room near UEA

Hi my name is Cathy
I have a double room in my home that I like to rent out . There is a shared bathroom/ kitchen and garden. Bills/ wifi and cleaner included. Bedding is provided, laundered and changed regularly for you by the cleaner. The room has a double bed, desk, large built in double depth wardrobe, freestanding storage unit and a beside cabinet. Please note my liviingroom is not shared.

Ideal for overseas student studying at UEA., JIC or Science Research park

Quiet area close to bus routes, within easy walking distance of the UEA or short cycle to JIC or the Research Park. Shops bank and post office within 5mins walk.
There is a garage if you wish to keep a bike.
I work two days a week the rest of the time is spent gardening, with family or with friends.
