Housemate Wanted - House Near Train Station

Hello, I’m looking for a housemate :) I live in a two bedroom house located five minutes walk from the train station in the area of Thorpe Hamlet. I’m looking to share with a young professional or a student (I went to the UEA as a post grad and my current housemate is a masters student at the UEA). My hobbies include music/festivals, travelling, socialising, nights out at the weekend and I am looking to share with someone similar.

I’ve been living in the property a year and it was newly renovated before I moved in. All the white goods were brand new as well as the décor. The room is a double on the first floor which can be furnished/unfurnished to suit (my current housemate is willing to sell his furniture on if necessary). The property has a porch, lounge, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. You will have access to your own bathroom which comes with a double shower, toilet and heated towel rail. The kitchen comes fully equipped and has plenty of storage and fridge/freezer space. There is a spacious lounge with a large plasma TV. There is a secure rear garden. There is plenty of permit parking available.

Current rent is £340 excluding bills. Inclusive of council tax and all other bills monthly rent will be approx. £430.
