2 double rooms

looking for two new housemates in 2 double rooms, shared living/dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. rent includes water and council tax, and the gas/electric is paid quartely by the tenants. we are very easy to get on with and are looking for likeminded housemates who enjoying socialising occassionally. we do take pride in where we live and like to keep the house clean so would like housemates who are also tidy, very important! we are smokers but the house is non smoking so we smoke outside .we both work full time, enjoy socialising, walks in the countryside, photography, art, reading, travelling, music, cooking, but also enjoy relaxing at home..
