Furnished double room

Large furnished double room.

The house itself is hall entrance terrace with 3 beds off landing. I am the only full time occupant, and I have kids that come round for dinner once a week and stay some weekends. There are two shared reception rooms, kitchen and conservatory (currently used as a dining room) as well as average sized city centre garden.

Located close to Norwich you can walk into the city centre in about 20 mins, and there is a bus route that runs past the front door.

A permit for on street parking is included as is connection to fast fibre optic wi-fi.

I am used to sharing and am happy to socialise or leave you to your own devices.
