The house benefits from digital TV, wireless broadband and a landline telephone. It is an all female house share so we are looking for another easy going, tidy, non-smoking young professional female to share with.
There are 3 lodgers in the house in total. The rent is £350 pcm including all bills (water, gas, electiricty, council tax, digital tv and broadband). One months rent is required as a deposit.
