Lovely Double Room in Golden Triangle

This lovely furnished house is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, a prime location for the University of East Anglia (UEA) and Norwich University College of the Arts (NUCA).

Our housemate Marie is sadly moving out at the end of May, so we have a double room available for 6 months (this can potentially be extended). We are looking for someone sociable who is looking for a home away from home :)

We are two sociable professionals who graduated from UEA in 2011 and 2012. Rebecca is half Italian and half British, and Eunice is half Italian and half Dominican. Rebecca is a speech and language therapist and Eunice is a teacher.

We are good friends, we like to do things together and we like to have friends over from time to time. However, we work full time and are not looking for someone who wants to party non stop. We also like to keep the house clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who is like-minded and keen to socialise with us (although of course, we like to do our own thing as well and are not glued to each other 24/7 :D). Hobbies we enjoy are: yoga, swimming, dancing, going to the gym, travelling, socialising, baking, reading, going to nice pubs and watching films.

The house is double glazed and has central heating. The rent for the room is £240pm without bills. Other costs are:

Council tax: 39£ per person (pp)
Gas and electricity: 32.4£ pp
Internet: 14.81£ pp
Water: 18£ pp
Contract fees and reference fees: 330£ total, but we are happy to split these between the 3 of us, so 110£ pp
Deposit: 362.5£
Wardrobe in the room is 100£ (belongs to the previous tenant- if you do not want this wardrobe, please let us know and we will do our best to sort things out in a way that suits everyone)
Cleaners: 8£ each every 2 weeks
Window cleaning (outside): 5£ each every 3-4 months
