The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, crockery, glassware, toaster and microwave oven. There is a small shed at the back for bike storage and a laundrette 5 mins away.

The other room in the house is let by a male tenant who works nights. He is sociable and easy-going with a good sense of humour.
