I'm a 22 year old female graduate who's just moved into a 2 bedroom flat in West Pottergate. I'm looking to rent out the spare bedroom.
The room is currently part-furnished with a single bed. There is a shared bathroom with shower and bath, kitchen, living room and secure outdoor shed (e. g. for bikes).
An ideal location with local amenities less than 5 minutes walk away, only 10 minute walk into town, cycle routes into town, many pubs in the area and bus stops to the UEA nearby. South-facing living room lets a lot of light into the flat.
I'm looking for a young professional/ student of a similar age to come and live in this quiet, laid-back flat.
Smokers OK but must smoke outside the building.
