You share the house with 4 post-grad students. The current tenants are 4 males, 2 master students and 2 PhD students. Everybody in the house is hard-working, but very sociable.

The house has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs (where this rooms is located) and one downstairs. The kitchen and living room are very decant in size and especially the kitchen is well equipped.

The room is fully furnished with a bed (new mattress), desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror.

Rent includes all bills and fast BROADBAND.

No deposit is required, first months rent should be paid when signing the contract.
