Sitting at the edge of the Golden Triangle the flat is also 5 minutes walk from Norwich City Centre. Please note I am renting the flat - not individual rooms - so please only get in touch if you are able to take on the whole flat.

The living room is large, the bathroom (with bath/shower) is separate from the toilet, and the kitchen is just big enough to eat in.

The flat comes furnished, including: One double bed with mattress, one double futon with mattress, one large sofa, dining table and chairs, small kitchen table/sideboard with stools, built in wardrobes, two chest of drawers, two coffee tables. Fridge/freezer, washing machine. Outside shed for bikes.

Bills and council tax are not included.

One extra detail is that the flat is also home to a baby grand piano which sits in the corner of the living room.

Ideally suited to people wanting to stay for at least a year.
