Nice double room close to city centre & UEA

Large bright room with bills included for one person, furnished with a double bed, table, 2 sets of drawers, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, lamp and 2 chairs. Rent includes bills, Internet access, washing machine and sheets and towels if required. The rent is £440 pcm. Periods of under 1 month are charged at £15 per night.. Rent is paid one calendar month in advance. A damages deposit of £200 is also required and will be refunded on departure. The bathroom with shower and toilet, dining room and kitchen are shared with me. My son occasionally occupies another en-suite bedroom. I also have a cat . Students welcome.
