Lodger wanted- two bedroom house- golden triangle

We are a couple in our first home, who would like a lodger. The house is an end terrace in the golden triangle in Norwich. We have a small garden, kitchen (with a dining table), living room with a sofa and two chairs, two bedrooms, one for rent, one bathroom and an airing cupboard. We also have a loft and space under the stairs for storage. Broadband and bills would be included. £300 a month deposit and monthly would be required. You can expect a warm and friendly home which is clean and tidy. We will make some rules to make everybody's stay a happy and safe one.
