Rent is £400 PCM- inclusive of Council Tax and all bills (utilities, Fibre optic broadband and Netflix).
My interests are music, photography and film. I like keep the house clean and tidy, I'm considerate and fairly laid-back, - so looking for someone similar. I work regular hours Mon-Fri.
