This is a quiet bright double room with a double bed on the ground floor (at the front) with lockable rolltop desk, wardrobe and bookshelves, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, TV and free view in a semi-detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac with exclusive use of a shower room and separate WC. We are a friendly, married couple, young, late 50ies and our quiet 25 year old son who temporarily moved back in but he is mainly at work or out. The household is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fibre optic wifi espresso machine etc.) and has a big terrace and garden. There is off-road parking if required. There are excellent bus connections to the UEA/NNUH/City centre, just off the A11. Comes with own shelves in big fridge, freezer and cupboard. Good convenience store and nice pub nearby.
