Large double room in relaxed shared house

Large double room available to share with myself and 1 female housemate. We're both laid back, easy going people looking for similar minded people to live with. I enjoy cooking and chilling out in front of the tv after work. All I ask is that you keep the shared areas clean and tidy.

The room comes with a small double bed (brand new mattress) and new fully fitted furniture so loads of storage space despite the small size.

Bathroom is shared with only the one other housemate. Living room, kitchen and downstairs toilet to be shared by all. Kitchen comes with all appliances, washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. There's also small garden to the back of the house and a shed for bikes. Parking available on the street, no permits required.

The house is well located; a 20 minute walk to the city centre, 35 minute walk to the train station. It has a good bus route nearby and is convenient for the UEA.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and deposit is one months rent.

Room is available from 12th July 2015.
