Prefer female, as we have 2 guys currently, people looking long term close to 1 year but a good fit for the group will also appeal eitherway. However if you are a guy, do write if you feel you are a good fit!

3 bed house, near UEA & Hospital in the Chapel Break area NR5. 15/20 min cycle ride.

Suitable for non-smokers, who are ideally working PROFESSIONALS or mature long term students and importantly reliable with good references, who are looking for a home and not just a room, share a film once in a while, and to create a nice family vibe just like FRIENDS or NEW GIRL :).

Looking for friendly and sociable person who enjoys eating together once in a while, and a few drinks but can also understand when personal space is needed.

I myself manage the place with Paolo and from time to time you may see me residing in the room/loune. I myself, enjoy cycling, dancing, music, yoga and from time to time volunteer as I have passion for helping people when and wherever I can. I enjoy travelling SO half the time I won't be around so you will likely have only 2 housemates only.

Paolo - An Italian who works in catering in town and loves his cooking as you can guess. His football, and is very talkative, warm and enjoys his films definitely more than his music. Oh loves his Sci Fi!

Oyabat - Our doctor in the home! Originally from Nigeria but she has studied extensively in Poland and moved to Norwich in the summer of 2022. Cheerful, easy going like to sing and always greets you with a nice smile. She also works hard as a newly graduated doctor. Good on her!

We love our travelling; Paolo and I met a few years ago from couchsurfing and have been good friends ever since!

The house will have no more than 3/4 people leaving a relaxing and homely vibe without being over crowded like some places I see.

5 min bus stop with direct links to UEA and NNH, 10 minutes from shops, doctors, and take-aways.

Ideally long term tenants, who are maybe new to the area and looking to connect with new friends

Household speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Polish, Italian, Spanish and we're trying to learn Japanese!
