NR5 area Chapel Break.

Detatched house, near UEA & Hospital in the Chapel Break area NR5. 15/20 min cycle ride to UEA and Hospital.

Suitable for non-smokers, who are ideally working PROFESSIONALS or mature long term students and importantly reliable with good references, who are looking for a home and not just a room, share a film once in a while, and to create a nice family vibe just like FRIENDS or NEW GIRL :).

Looking for friendly and sociable person who enjoys eating together once in a while, and a few drinks but can also understand when personal space is needed.

Colin - manage the place with Paolo and from time to time you may see me residing in the downstairs room/lounge. I myself, enjoy cycling, dancing, music, yoga and travelling SO half the time I won't be around.

Wayne - Who works for Aviva but travels back to London every weekend to see his wife and baby son.

John - Who will be joining us soon who works and Wymondham and is a part-time car enthusiast.

The house will have no more than 3/4 people leaving a relaxing and homely vibe without being over crowded like some places I see.

5 min bus stop with direct links to UEA and NNH, 10 minutes from shops, doctors, and take-aways.

Ideally long term tenants, who are maybe new to the area and looking to connect with new friends

Household speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and trying Spanish
