Spacious double room close to UEA and buses.

A spacious double room in a four bedroom house is available immediately. Rent is £290 per month and bills come to about £30 a month (for internet, water, gas and electric). The other three housemates are male postgraduate students who are very friendly and considerate. The house is located in a safe area and is about a 5-10 minute bike ride from UEA campus or a 30 minute walk (NR2 3UQ). Additionally, the house is a 5 minute walk from the bus stops that go into the city centre. There is plenty of parking that does not require a permit if you have a car. There is a shed to store bikes as well. There is a large lounge with a TV as well as a kitchen with plenty of storage space and two fridges and freezers. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom that has a bath. Outside is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is furnished but you will need to bring your own kitchen equipment and bedding. We are ideally looking for a student of UEA or Norwich University of the Arts to move in until the contract finishes at the end of July. All nationalities are welcome.
