1 Double room in Student house to rent.

Hi, I'm currently living in a lovely 4 bed house on Gloucester Street but all my other housemates are graduating in the summer.
I'm really loathe to give the house, due to the great location etc. so want to try and fill the rooms. The house is a 15 minute walk from town, 30 minute walk from Uni, with the 25 bus stop being at the end of the road. The rooms are a large downstairs double, upstairs single ensuite and the attic's been converted into a charming double. It was recarpeted and painted in summer 2014. I'll be going into my 4th year as an Environmental Sciences student, I enjoy lots of standard student activities like going to the pubs around Unthank, live music gig and even bake occasionally.
I've been living with all girls and mainly masters students for the past year, but i'm also happy to share with guys and undergrads as long as you're reasonably tidy and laid back.
