Looking for a down to earth, working room mate

Hey I'm a 28 year old female looking for a room mate. I don't have a preference for gender. My only preference is a flatmate who works and is a non smoker unless you're willing to smoke outside then that's fine. I love the gym, good food, music and seeing friends and family. I'm laid back and easy going, love to laugh and want that in you too :-) It's a two bedroom flat with self a contained garden with a bbq :-) We'll share the kitchen, bathroom and living room so you don't need to feel you have to hide away in your room all the time. All amenities are within few minutes walk including shops, cash point, takeaways, bus stop, tanning, European food store and post office :-)
