Bright Double Room - Golden Triangle - Short Term

I have a bright double room available to rent ASAP in a newly updated two-bedroom terrace, just off Earlham Rd. 10 minutes from the city centre, 30 minutes from UEA. It is available ASAP until July.

I am a 22 year-old graduate working at the UEA and ideally looking for another woman housemate. This is an LGBT friendly household and the landlords are absolutely lovely – always available to help whenever we need them.

Downstairs there is a large open plan living area, an outside garden, and a padlocked shed for bike storage. The kitchen is modern and has a washing machine. The shared bathroom is large and airy, with a good size bath and shower.

The room itself is a good size. It comes furnished with a double bed, a clothes rail, a dressing table, and bedside table. There is also a built-in cupboard for extra storage.

Rent is £347. 50 pcm, plus bills and council tax. The house is double glazed and mid-terrace, so fairly energy efficient. Bills per month are very low, around £50 each.

I am very neat and tidy and enjoy volunteering, going out to bars and restaurants with friends, and having the occasional wine night. If you are friendly, enjoy a good laugh, and tidy up after yourself then we should get along just fine!
