Double room to rent in Golden Triangle

The room is a double room in my little bungalow. I moved in last summer and pretty much ripped the place out so it's new carpets, bathroom, kitchen appliances and white goods.

The bungalow is a semi detached situated in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by mostly retired folks therefore very safe and secure as someone is always peeking through the curtains.

There is a garage but it's strictly storage only. There is plenty of parking, a back garden which is mostly slabs and a bit dilapidated but waiting for summer to come around before doing anything serious to it. Loft space for plenty of storage, large living room with a good size tv on the wall and plenty of space for friends to come over.

About me: I'm 28 single professional male. I'm mostly a morning person so up and out early. My weekend begins on Saturday when I get home from work and I like to make the most of it. The closest (decent) pub is the Mad Moose which is about 5-10 minutes walk away (depending on how fast you walk). I'm clean and tidy so you would have to be like minded. I will however sometimes leave the washing up on a Sunday evening for instance if suffering from a food coma. Basically I'm easy going, don't take life too seriously and looking for someone similar to live with.
