Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. All bills included, fibre optic internet.
There are two cats - who are nervous but friendly and well-behaved. They are not allowed in the spare/available room.
The house is warm, clean and quiet. Fully furnished throughout. The landlord is excellent about fixing things as needed. There is no smoking indoors, but a wee garden/sheltered area outside. House is 10mins walk from town and 15mins to the train station.
I'm am looking for a reliable, clean and friendly housemate. Preferably in work or a mature student.
We are a couple with one of us being a professional.
